Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- This policy applies to orders shipped to and placed within the United States.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us with your order number at support@modernkindredpets.com to start your return.
- Receive your return label — we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Pack and ship your item(s) securely and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.
- Confirmation — you will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this when initiating your return and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
